二种三联根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)治疗方案的疗效观察

目的观察二种三联根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)治疗方案的效果。方法顺序随机取本院消化科就诊,有临床症状,行胃镜检查,同时进行Hp检测,将316例Hp阳性患者平分二组,分别给予二种不同方案的正规三联根除Hp治疗1周,四周后复查Hp阴性者为根除,阳性者仍为感染(即抗Hp无效)。结果用方案一正规根除治疗1周的158例患者中,四周后用同样方法复查患者Hp感染的情况,完全转阴者137例,占86.7%,仍为阳性者21例,占13.3%,用方案二根除Hp治疗的158例者完全转阴者88例,占55.7%,仍为阳性者70例,占44.3%。结论方案-较方案二根除Hp的效果显著,根除率高,更适合临床应用。

Objective To observant The effect observation of two kinds of methods to eradicate the HP by three Associations of drugs. Methods Treatment in Digestion Apartment in our hospital, we will examine the patient using Gastro scope if it has Clinical symptom At the same time, using HP to examine the sample of 316 HP Masculine patient which divided into two groups, gives separately two different plans of the effective three Associations of drugs to eradicate the HP for one week, after four weeks to examine HP again, if it will be feminine patient, we think it is success, If it will be Masculine patient, it is failure. Results In eradication regularly with treatment of the scheme Ⅰ in one week for 158 example patients, after four weeks reexamines the patient HP infection with the similar method, Transfers the feminine 137 examples completely, accounts for 86.7%, still for the masculine gender 21 examples, accounted for 13.3%, 158 examples treatment by the scheme Ⅱ eradication the HP treatment which transfer the feminine 88 examples completely, accounts for 55.7%, still for the masculine gender 70 examples, accounted for 44.3%. Conclusions The scheme Ⅰ is better and more effective than the scheme Ⅱ, eradicates rate is high, more suitable for clinical practice.
