摘要
目的探讨远端胃大部切除术后胃瘫的治疗措施。方法对1997年2月至2007年5月收治11例远端胃大部切除术后胃瘫进行临床分析。结果11例患者经对症处理3-6周后均治愈。结论远端胃大部切除术后胃瘫一经诊断明确应积极保守治疗,切忌草率再次手术。
Objective To discuss the best choice of treatments of gastroplegia caused by distal subtotal gastrectomy. Methods Analysing the clinical effects of 11 cases of gastroplegia caused by distal subtotal gastrectomy during Feb. 1997 to May 2007 who recept expectant treatments after operation. Results All the 11 patients were fully recovered from gastroplegia after 3 to 6 months expectant treatments. Conclusions It＇s better to give expectant treatments to cases of gastroplegia caused by distal subtotal gastrectomy than to do a second operation when it＇s not neccesary.
