亚低温并去大骨瓣减压术治疗脑疝患者52例

Large Trauma Craniotomy Combining with Mild Hypothermia in the Treatment of Patients with Hernia of Brain

目的总结亚低温并去大骨瓣减压术治疗脑疝患者的临床经验。方法对52例脑疝患者,采用去大骨瓣减压术及术后早期应用亚低温治疗等综合处理。结果该方法临床救治率为71.1%(37/52)。结论脑疝早期去大骨瓣减压及术后早期应用亚低温疗法,能有效提高脑疝患者救治率,提高生存质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined therapy of mild hypothermia and large trauma craniotomy to treat the patients with hernia of brain. Methods A total of 52 patients with hernia of brain were treated with Large trauma craniotomy, mild hypothermia was applied postoperation. Results The overall therapeutic efficacy rate of the methed was 71.1% （37/52）. Conclusions Early large trauma craniotomy combined with adequate decompression followed by postoperative therapeutic mild hypothermia would be helpful in increating the therapeutic efficacy rate of patients with hernia of brain. Their level of living accommodation were improved as well.
