脑磁图在癫痫中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑磁图是临床癫痫病学中一项具有重要价值的无创性检查手段。脑磁图在发现皮质癫痫方面较脑电图更为敏感。在颞叶癫痫中,脑磁图能够明确定位颞叶致病灶,并能区分中间部,外侧部以及弥漫性痫性发作。在非颞叶癫痫中,脑磁图能够给未发现病灶的病例提供独有的信息。也能帮助确定癫痫活动与致病灶及语言皮质的关系。脑磁图还能够为皮质性失语、
