摘要 将RETM包覆改性CaCO3后,用于填充改性PA6,并对其力学性能、吸水性能等进行了研究,结果表明:采用RETM包覆改性CaCO3能明显改善PA6的力学性能,提高PA6的耐磨损性及热变形温度,降低PA6的吸水率。其中弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度和热变形温度分别提高了约33%、48%和20%,耐磨损性提高了近一倍,吸水率降低了约56%。 Using RETM coated CaCO3 for modification, then put this composite filler into PA6, study on the mechanical properties and water absorption property of the PA6, the results showed that RETM-coated CaCO3 can improves the mechanical properties, it can raises the abrasion resistance and heat distortion temperature and decreases the ratio of absorbent water. The bending strength, impact strength and heat distortion temperature were improved by 33%, 48% and 20% respectively, abrasion resistance were raised by 100% around and ratio of absorbent water were decreased by 56%.
