大学生违纪行为的现状、原因与对策

当前高校大学生的违纪行为的发生率较高;大学生普遍对违纪行为态度较为宽容。大学生违纪行为的发生是社会环境、学生自身、学校管理以及同辈群体等多种因素共同作用的结果。建立全面、合理的学生评价体系,加强、改进对违纪学生的思想教育工作,提高学生管理的民主化水平,加强校园文化建设等措施可以有效预防大学生违纪行为。
