摘要
针对高等教育大众化背景下辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题和弊端,以实证调查资料为依据,运用社会心理学中角色冲突的理论框架,借鉴教师角色冲突的研究成果,深入分析阐释高校辅导员角色冲突的表现及原因。调查结果表明,辅导员的角色冲突既有角色内冲突,也有角色间冲突,并使其体验到了较为严重的心理压力与困扰。
Based on some survey analysis, this article analyzes the representation and mason of counselors＇ role conflict, using the theory frame of role conflict and benefiting from the production of teachers＇ role conflict research. The survey results show that counselors＇ role conflict already has intrarole conflict, also has interrole conflict, and cause them to experience the more serious mental pressure and puzzlement.
