摘要
大学的班级管理,是大学学生工作的基础内容,它关系到学生的学习氛围和学风、校风建设。在班级管理的过程中运用破窗理论,可以使管理者洞察破窗现象,修复破窗甚至从根本上杜绝破窗,可以使班级管理更加注重细节,注重防患于未然,注重防微杜渐,从而向精细化管理的方向迈进。
Class management in colleges is the basic contents of college students＇ management; it involves students＇ learning environment, academic atmosphere and the school spirit. The application of the broken window theory in the process of class management will make the administrators well aware of the “broken windows”, and then take measures to repair the “broken windows” and eliminate all the possible “broken windows” finally. The application of this theory will make people in charge of class management pay dangers, and thus step into more meticulous management. more attention to details, attach more importance to hidden dangers, and thus step into more meticulous management.
