摘要
采用真空热压成型工艺制备48Ti-48Al-2Nb-2Cr/x(38%CaF2-62%BaF2)(TANC/CFBF)自润滑材料,通过高温磨损试验分析其减摩机理和固体润滑剂成膜机理。固体润滑剂在高温下膨胀,渗出基体表面,在摩擦力作用下逐渐铺展,形成固体润滑薄膜,起到抗摩擦磨损的作用。
Ti - 48A1 - 2Nb - 2Cr self - lubricating materials with addition of different weight contents of 38% CaF2 - 62% BaF2 eutectic solid lubricant ( TANC/CFBF ) ( 5,10, 15,20%, respectively) were fabricated by vacuum hot pressing technology. The wear mechanism and film forming theory were discussed,
