On Safe Interrogation in Police Check Tactics

人民警察在执行盘查公务时,如果缺乏安全防范方法和危险意识,对盘查现场局面控制不利,实施盘查方法不当,以及对盘查工作准备不足,易造成盘查对象袭警案件发生。因此,加强和提高人民警察查缉战术的实战能力,运用正确安全的盘查战术,使其依法、合理、文明、正确的执行公务,是公安民警查缉战术中应掌握的基本技能。

When the police make interrogations in enforcing their duty, if they lack of safe prevention methods and concepts, adopt improper check methods or make inadequate preparation and can not control the situation, they are easy to be attacked by the suspected. Therefore, the policemen should improve their actual check tactics and adopt proper and safe check methods. Enforcing duty by law, reasonably and properly is a basic skill which must be mastered by the police.
