对小儿难治性肾病辨证论治进行探讨,并体会到中西医结合治疗疗效较好;大剂量服用激素时滋阴降火药宜早用;对激素耐药型肾病在中医辨证论治的基础上,佐用活血化瘀药,能提高疗效,少走弯路。

Discussed the children refractory nephrosis by different stage of hormone and side effect of Western medicine, thought that the curative effect was better by using Chinese combine with Western medicine. Nourishing yin to reduce pathogenic fn＇e should used earlier when taken large dose hormone. To drugfast nephrosis, we should add promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs.
