基于PIC18F6622实现RF功率放大器全程回退特性

摘要 提出一种基于PIC18F6622工业级单片机的控制方法,通过将功率-栅压进行动态关联,实时调节栅压,实现了输出功率满量程范围内的高线性输出。实验结果表明,采用该方法的RF功率放大器线性好,效率高,对设计低成本的高线性功率放大器具有很好的指导作用。 This text proposes a control method based on one industrial grade of singlechip of PIC 18F6622, which realizes the output of full range and high linear output power, through carrying on the power and the grid voltage dynamically, to regulate the grid voltage in real time. The experimental result indicates that it performances good linearization and high efficiency that RF linear Power Amplifier which adopts this method and shows very good guidance functions in designing the low-cost and high linear Power Amplifier.
