产品认证类型的决策原理和方法研究

摘要 为了对产品的认证制度进行决策,首先应对产品的风险进行评价。根据风险导向的原则,从产品的监测标准和自然属性中解析得出风险因子,并进行量化分析,来确定产品认证类型决策。根据警示信息、产业集中度、国家政策、科技发展水平等进行动态调节,可以进一步确定产品采用强制性认证或自愿性认证。 This paper evaluates risks of the investigated products to determine the certificate type of them. Risk factors are extracted from the product standards and the product's attributes. Following a risk-oriented policy, we can induce the certification type by quantifying the risk factors. Product accident information, industry convergence degree, national policy, and status of science and technology also influence the decision making, thus these factors are considered and employed to deduce whether a product need compulsory certification or voluntary certification.
