高校"专升本"带来学校结构性的变化,对学校统战工作也产生了一定的影响,通过分析转型期党外知识分子的主要特点和统战工作面临的挑战,进一步提出相应的应对策略,即加强对党外知识分子的思想引导,提高其政治素质;营造重视党外知识分子的社会氛围,为其展现技能搭建舞台;重视党外知识分子代表人物和后备干部的选拔、培养工作;明确适应新形势要求的工作指导思想,加强统战部门的自身建设;完善工作制度,创新工作机制。

The ＂escalation from junior colleges to undergraduate universities＂ has brought structural change to the schools,and influenced the united front work of the schools as well. Through analyzing the main characteristics of non - party intellectuals and the thailenges in front of united front work during the transition period, corresponding countermeasures were put forward, i.e. strengthening ideological guidance to non- party intellectuals and improving their political quality; building social atmosphere of attaching importance to non- party intellectuals and offering stages for their skill display; attaching importance to the representatives and cadres selection and training of non- party intellectuals; formulating work guidelines suitable for new situation and strengthening self- construction of united front departments; improving regulations and rules for work and innovating work mechanism.
