数字环境下医院图书馆内涵正在发生变化,馆藏建设、发展与服务模式必须与此相适应。因此,合理配置馆藏资源,加强数字资源的建设,建立资源合作保障体系等是医院图书馆可持续发展的保证,提出数字馆藏建设对策及服务模式转变方式。

The connotation of hospital library is changing under digital circumstance, so that the collection construction ,the development and the service must be adapted, So if the hospital library can develop continually ,it must make： The collection is collocated logically ,the digital resource construction must be strengthened ,and the system of resource cooperation security is constructed , it is a pledge of continuable development in the hospital library. The author suggested the countermeasure of digital collection building and the change methods of service mode.
