阐述了医院图书馆开展个性化信息服务的必要性,以及为适应个性化服务的需要,医院图书馆必须进行服务模式的变革和人力、馆藏资源重组,并指出了个性化服务是医院图书馆信息服务的方向。
It is necessary for the hospital library to offer individual service in order to meet the needs of every individual.It is also necessary that hospital library change its service mode and reform its human and library resources.Individual service is the direction of the information service of hospital library.
