基于知识整合理论视角企业IT组织变革与应用创新研究

IT Organizational Transformation,Knowledge Integration and IT Business Value:A Case Study

文章核心前提是将企业信息化建设视为组织内部高层管理者、业务用户、IT专业人员之间的知识整合过程。因此,文章主要研究企业如何设计IT组织变革来推动多样化知识的集成、整合,进而获取IT应用成功及商业价值。作者以IT组织结构、知识整合等研究领域为理论基础,通过访谈、内部文档等资料收集方式对神州数码的IT组织变革及信息化建设进行案例研究。结果表明,神州数码的IT组织变革有效地促进业务、IT人员之间的知识整合,从而实现IT驱动的业务流程与组织创新。

This paper＇ s main premise is to view the IT construction as the process of knowledge integration which comes from senior manager, line executive and IT professional. Thereby, this paper mainly discusses how the corporate restroctures IT organization to promote diversified knowledge integratinn, and then realize information systems success. Based on the theory of knowledge integration and IT organization design, the author investigates the IT organizatioual transformation at Digital China with an explanatory case study approach. Results indicate these transformations facilitate knowledge integration between IT professionals and the business counterparts, and then aehievethe innovation of business process and organization structure.
