摘要
文章初略探讨了孔子法律思想的逻辑起点和内容。作为儒家学派的创始人,孔子的法律思想对后世产生了深刻的影响,成为了中国传统法律文化的重要内容,其中所含有的许多合理的、有价值的精神,对于社会主义法治建设仍具有一定的借鉴意义。
The paper briefly discussed the logical starting point and content of Confucian law thought. As founder of the Confucian School , Confucian law thought have produced deep effect to later generations and become the important content of Chinese traditional law culture. A lot of rational and valuable spirit of it has some reference to the construction of socialism ruling by law.
