Survey of resources of vascular medicinal plants endemic in Hainan province

目的:研究海南特有维管植物的药用资源,以开发海南天然药物。方法:对海南特有维管植物进行资料研究和资源调查,以分析其药用价值。结果:海南共有特有维管植物101科620种,重点论述了33种特有药用植物的生境分布、特点及其药用价值。结论:海南特有维管种类药用植物具有丰富的生物多样性和重要的药用价值,应给予积极保护和利用。

Objective： To explore the resources of vascular medicinal plants endemic in Hainan province with attempt to develop natural drugs. Methods： Combining field survey to find medicinal vascular plants endemic in Hainan province and studied associated literature to probe medicinal property of some vascular plants. Results： There were 620 species and 101 families of wild vascular plants endemic in Hainan province, the ecological distribution, nature and medicinal usage of 33 species of them were described in detail. Conclusion ： Vascular medicinal plants endemic in Hainan province are rich in biodiversity and have important medicinal usage; they should be protected and utilized aggressively.
