摘要
目的:探讨应用窝沟封闭剂预防正畸托槽周围釉质脱矿的可行性,为临床预防正畸治疗脱矿提供参考。方法:选择正畸治疗患者30名共332颗前牙,采用自身对照法。对照组168颗牙常规用京津釉质粘结剂粘结,实验组164颗牙用京津釉质粘结剂粘结后于托槽周围涂布一层窝沟封闭剂。分别于8个月,12个月测量两组患者托槽周围的釉质脱矿情况,将所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:实验组与对照组8个月、12个月牙釉质脱矿的发生率有显著性差异(均为P<0.05);实验组下前牙釉质脱矿的发生率均显著低于上前牙(P<0.01)。结论:应用窝沟封闭剂可以有效地预防正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的发生;下颌前牙釉质脱矿的发生率低于上颌前牙。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility using sealant preventing enamel decalcification in the orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances and acquire information for clinic. Methods: Self-control study was adopted for 30 patients with 332 teeth undergoing orthodontic treatment . The patients were divided into study group (with164 teeth) and control group(with168 teeth). Patients in control group were treated with Jing-jin bonding resin, patients in study group were treated with Jing-jin bonding resin inside and covered the outside of the brackets with sealant. Determination of dental decalcification was done respectively in the two groups in 8 and 12 months after the treatment ; the results were analyzed with statistics. Results : Of the dental decalcification determined in 8 and 12 months, there were significant differences between the two groups(P 〈0.05). The incidence rate of decalcification in mandibular anterior teeth in the study group was significantly less than that in the maxillary anterior teeth in the control group(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion: Sealant can prevent dental decalcification effectively in the orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances; the incidence of dental decalcification in mandibular anterior teeth was significantly less than that in the maxillary anterior teeth.
