64排螺旋CT冠脉成像技术与常规冠脉造影对比研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT冠脉成像的技术要求及在诊断冠心病的价值。方法:对53例临床怀疑冠心病患者进行64排螺旋CT冠脉成像,其中25例进行常规冠状动脉造影。结果:以常规冠状动脉造影为标准,64排螺旋CT冠脉造影诊断冠状动脉狭窄敏感率为95.8%,特异性为94.3%。结论:64排螺旋CT冠脉成像对冠脉狭窄、支架管腔、钙化病变显影有较高的准确率,可作为冠心病患者无创检查和冠脉支架术后随访手段。 value in the diagnosi Objective: To assess the techniques of s of coronary artery disease. Methods: were received 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging, 25 64-slice spiral CT for coronary artery imaging and the Fifty-three patients with suspected coronary disease of them received conventional coronary angiography. Results: Set the results of conventional coronary angiography as criteria, the sensitivity and specificity of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging for the diagnosis of coronary artery were 95.8 % and 94.3% respectively. Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging has higher accuracy for the diagnoses of coronary artery stenosis, coronary stent lumen, and lesion of calcification, it may work as a noninvasive approach for the examination of coronary artery and follow-up of coronary artery stent implantation.
