髌骨骨折158例临床分析

Clinical analysis on the treatment of patella fracture in 158 cases

目的：针对骨折具体情况采取不同治疗方法，并对临床结果进行分析。方法：回顾性分析1997～2006年收治的髌骨骨折患者158例的治疗情况。结果：保守治疗优良率达83％，改良带圈克氏针张力带内固定优良率达94％，三角形张力带内固定优良率为91％，网状钢丝张力带内固定优良率达88％。结论：能采用手法复位、小夹板固定者，尽量避免手术治疗；需手术治疗者应根据骨折类型选择不同的手术方式；无论是保守治疗还是手术内固定，术后都需要早期的训练。

Objective： To investigate the effects of different treatments for different patella fractures. Methods： Data of 158 patients with patella fracture from 1997～2006 were reviewed. Results： Of the patients treated with different methods, the satisfactory rates of conservative treatment, modified Kirschner＇s nail with ring and tension band internal fixation, triangle tension band internal fixation, net wire tension band internal fixation were 83%, 94%, 91%, 88%, respectively. Gonclusion： The treatment of patella fracture may according to the patterns of injury adapts various procedures, manual reduction and small splint fixation prior to surgical operation; different surgical procedures fit for different fractures ; early functional exercise should be employed to patients treated with various approach.
