白细胞介素18与多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗关系探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨白细胞介素18(IL-18)与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)关系。方法:选取40例PCOS患者和40例对照,测定身高、体重、腰围、臀围及血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、睾酮(T)、空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(INS)、IL-18水平。结果:PCOS组血清IL-18水平高于对照组(P<0.05),PCOS组内IL-18水平与体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、INS、Homa-IR显著正相关。结论:IL-18与PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗有关。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between IL - 18 and insulin resistance (IR) in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) . Methods: Blood levels of FSH, LH, T, FBG, INS and IL - 18 from 40 PCOS cases and 40 control cases were determined. Results: The PCOS group had higher serum IL - 18 levels than that of control group. IL - 18 level was positively related to BMI, WHR, INS and Homa- IR Conclusion: There is closely relationship between IL- 18 and IR in PCOS.
