针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的概况

General situation of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on Limb Spasm due to stroke

目的:总结近年来针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的现状和发展,归纳针灸治疗对脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的选穴规律、治疗效果,为提高针灸临床疗效,缓解痉挛提供相关依据。方法:采用手检和机检的方法,收集近20年针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的相关文献报道,归纳针灸治疗对脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的选穴规律、治疗效果。结果:针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫具有改善中枢神经功能的作用,对于脑损伤后功能重塑有积极作用,是治疗、缓解脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的重要方法。多种方法综合运用更能进一步提高临床疗效。但临床报道和相关文献中存在选穴、治疗方法较多,但对照组设立单一,各治疗方法疗效缺乏可比性,选穴配伍重复度高。结论:针灸治疗应与现代康复学相结合,建立统一的纳入标准和评定标准,使各种疗法更具可比性。

Limb Spasm is a core problem on the treatment of spasmous hemiplegia due to stroke.In order to get evidence and enhance the acupuncture clinical curative effect,this paper reviewed the latest literature reports of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on Limb Spasm due to stroke , summed up the status and development , the law of choosing points and the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on spastic hemiplegia due to stroke.
