摘要
目的探讨挫伤性视神经病变的病因、发病机制、临床特点及疗效。方法对67例（81眼）挫伤性视神经病变临床资料进行分析。结果67例中，男46例，女21例，年龄14～68岁，平均28．2岁。挫伤原闲多为交通事故、拳头击伤、高处坠落、跌倒及硬性物体戳伤。36例（44眼）经积极治疗视力有不同程度提高，31例（37眼）视力无变化。结论挫伤性视神经病变应早发现、早治疗。减少早期漏诊、误诊，及时正确地治疗是恢复视功能的有效措施、
Objective To investigate the etiology, mechanism, clinical characteristics and therapeutic efficacy of traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods Analysis of 67 cases （81 eyes） with traumatic optic neuropathy retrospectively. Results The cases including 46 males and 21 females,in the age range 14 - 68 years, average 28.2 years. Most reasons were traffic accident, boxing, fall of high altitude,get injured by a fall and the eye was hited by hard body. The vision of 36 cases （44 eyes） were improved in different degree,31 cases （37 eyes） were noneffective, by means of active treatment. Conclusions Early treatment is important for traumatic optic neuropathy.
