Nd:YAG激光联合置管术治疗陈旧性泪小管断裂

The treatment effects in old lacerated canaliculus treated with Nd:YAG laser and underprop.

目的观察Nd:YAG激光联合置管术治疗陈旧性泪小管断裂的疗效。方法对11例(11眼)陈旧性下泪小管断裂采用Nd:YAG激光探通并置管3月,拔管时联合丝裂霉素C治疗。结果拔管后3个月至2a随访。泪管冲洗通畅9例,其中6例无溢泪症状,为治愈;2例下泪点豁开,冲洗通畅,但仍有少许泪溢为好转。1例泪道冲洗通有阻力,探针在下泪小管原断处受阻,再次激光探通后无改善,为好转。2例无效。结论Nd:YAG激光联合置管术治疗一些陈旧性泪小管断裂有较好效果。

Objective To evaluate the treatment effects in old lacerated canaliculus treated with Nd： YAG laser uniting underprop. Methods 11 patients of old lacerated canaliculus were treated with Nd：YAG laser, and drawn underprop within unobstructed canaliculus for about 3 months, used 0.4mg/ml imtomycin C when the underprop removed. Results During the follow up of 3 to 24 months,the lacrimal passages were found unobstructed in the 9 cases when washed up;7 cases had not the symptom of tear overflow; 2 cases had the symptom of tear overflow once in a while, their lower lacrimal puncta had gaps but unobstructed when washed up; 1case had a narrow passage at the wounded site of lacerated cananlculi,and there was no improving effect in treating with Nd： YAG laser once more;2 ease is ineffective. Conclusions Nd：YAG laser uniting underprop and mitomycin C treating old lacerated cananieuli has the satisfied treating result.
