督查工作是否具有科学性、可比性、有效性,在很大程度决定了开展医院管理年活动的成效。文章对广西卫生厅自开展医院管理年活动三年来所采取的督查方式和方法进行介绍,与各级卫生行政部门、各级医院的同道商榷。

Supervision and inspection work is if scientific, comparative and effective, to a large extent determines the effect of conducting the annual hospital management activities. This papar showed the altivities of the methods and means of inspection which were inducted in the annual hospital management activities of the Guangxi Henhl Department for past three years, and it will be discussed among health administrative departments and hospitals at all levels.
