摘要
目的探讨医疗废物分类管理方法,杜绝医疗废物与生活垃圾混放,避免二次污染。方法加大感染质控督查力度,针对医疗废物与生活垃圾混放的原因,开展全员培训,结合法律、法规的要求制定安全有效的防范措施。结果医疗废物的分装合格率由2006年的62.5%提升为2007年上半年的92.8%。结论正确分类收集是做好医院废物安全处理工作的重要前提,预防医源性感染,对提高医护质量有着积极的意义。
Objective To discuss the classified management method for medical waste in order to refuse the mixing of medical and domestic waste and avoid second pollution. Method Strengthen the surveillance for infective material, train every one according to the reason of mixing of medical and domestic waste, establish safe and effective prevention measures combining laws and rules. Result The qualified rate of waste by classified collection increased to 92.8% in the former half year of 2007 and the rate is only 62.5% in 2006. Conclusion Classified collection correctly is the important precondition to treat with medical waste safely. Preventing iatrogenic infection have positive significance to increase medical quality.
