摘要 目的:通过心电向量图(VCG)与心电图(ECG)两种方法描记犬心肌缺血,比较VCG和ECG的技术特征与图形特征,寻找心脏功能在病理状态下的准确表达途径,这对心肌梗塞的早发现、早治疗很有意义。方法:将31只正常犬的冠状动脉左前降支结扎,建立犬的心肌缺血模型。结扎60min、再灌注120min通过VCG、ECG两种方法记录每一时段的信息特征,以比较它们诊断心肌缺血异常项目的检出率。结果:心电向量图不管是结扎60min还是再灌注120min,对心肌缺血异常项目的检出率均明显地高于心电图。结论:对心肌缺血的诊断VCG优于ECG。 Objective: Tracing the state of canine myocardial ischemia by means of VCG and ECG, compare the technical characteristics of VCG and ECG in search of accurately how the heart behave in a pathologic state. This is significance for myocardial infarction. Methods: Make an operation of anterior descending coronary artery ligation on 31 healthy dogs to make a myocardial ischemia model, ligate the coronary artery for 60minutes, then reperfuse it for 120 minutes. Record the information from VCG and ECG every certain period of time. Compare the detective rate of abnormal items. Results: Detection rate of myocardial Ischemia by VCG is much higher than that by ECG no mater ligating for 60 or 120 minutes. Conclusions: VCG is more accurate to diagnose myocardial ischemia than ECG.
