摘要
目的:探讨磁化杯和紫砂杯处理水后,水的表面张力和粘滞系数的变化,从而讨论哪一种杯子装水,被人饮用更有好处。方法:用蒸馏水作为标准液体,矿泉水作实验样品,将矿泉水分别装在普通玻璃杯、磁化杯和紫砂杯中存放相同的时间,最后用奥氏粘度计测量矿泉水经过普通玻璃杯、磁化杯和紫砂杯处理一段时间后的粘滞系数,用焦利氏称测量表面张力系数。以普通玻璃杯中的样品测量值作为参考,计算出磁化杯和紫砂杯处理后的样品表面张力和粘滞系数的变化情况,用平均值加、减标准偏差的形式表达。结果:磁化杯和紫砂杯对盛入的液体作用一段时间后,水的粘滞系数有一定程度的下降,而后者大于前者;两种杯子处理的水表面张力系数没有明显的改变。结论:磁化杯和紫砂杯处理后的水饮用后对身体可能有一定的好处,后者可能优于前者。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the magnetic cup and boccaro cup on the surface tension and viscidity coefficient of the mineral water, and discuss what kind of water was more beneficial to people. Methods: The experiment was carried out using distilled water as the standard liquid and mineral water as samples, then keeping mineral water in ordinsry glass, magnetic cup and boccaro cup for a certain time respectively. The viscidity coefficient and surface tension of mineral water under above three conditions were measured by ostwlod viscositmer and Jiaoli's scale. With the results of mineral water in ordinary glass as the base, the change of viscidity coefficient and surface tension of mineral water in magnetic cup and boccaro cup were calculated and expressed as. Results: The viscosity of water had a certain come down, but surface tension coefficient of water did not change considerably after keeping the water in magnetic cup and boccaro cup for a certain time. Conclusions: The drinking water treated by magnetic cup and boccaro cup might have certain advantages to the body, the latter might be better to the former.
