摘要 目的:解决横向空气循环的婴儿培养箱在温度测量、加湿和降噪方面的一些问题,提高婴儿培养箱性能指标。方法:采用热敏电阻串联的方式进行温差补偿;采用低电压、小功率电热方式加湿;用大口径、低转速CPU风机降低噪声。结果:使相对温度测量的误差减小到0.5℃以下;采用电热方式加湿,解决了自然蒸发湿度不易控制和超声波加湿空气质量不好的问题;箱内噪声降到50dB以下。结论:采取相应措施后,婴儿培养箱的整体性能指标有进一步的提高。 Objective: Resolving several problems of the incubator which works by landscape orientation air circle about the aspects of temperature measuring, humidity increasing and yawp reducing is in order to enhance the performance. Methods: Adopting the method of compensating the offset about different temperature by series-wound thermal resistors; the method of increasing humidity by the immersion heater of low voltage and power; the method of reducing yawp by the CPU's fan of big caliber and low rotate speed. Results: Reducing the errors of relatively temperature by 0.5℃; resolving the problem of natural evaporative humidity which isn't controlled easily and the problem of the air quality which is bad when humidity is increased by supersonic wave which is bad; reducing the yawp in the incubator by 50dB. Conclusions: Improving the whole performance of the incubator by all the appropriate methods.
