摘要 从系统化的观点研究了整个产品设计过程,通过设计结构矩阵这一有效的流程优化工具将设计过程优化,减少了信息反馈及设计时间和费用。通过一定的转换规则将设计结构矩阵转化为没有耦合反馈的等效矩阵;以等效设计结构矩阵为基础,通过甘特图、CPM技术来制定项目计划,对项目的执行过程进行监督及控制,以案例说明了这一系统优化的显著效果。 It conducted a systematic study of the whole process of product design optimizing the design process by design structure matrix, reducing the information feedback, design time and cost. The optimized design structure matrix was changed into the equivalent DSM by some rules. Based on the equivalent DSM, the project plan by Gantt chart and critical path method were established, and the process of the project supervised and controlled. The case reveals the effectiveness of this method.
