摘要
计算机综合自动化系统是中小型水电站安全可靠运行的有力保证,为中小型水电站实现"无人值守"或"少人值守"创造了良好基础.同时,可以有效地减少一次性投资和长期运行费用,提高设备的运转率.建立在水电站综合自动化系统基础上的网络信息化系统,更为加强单一水电站的管理,以及多个水电站的集中管理提供了一个可靠的平台.就我国中小型水电站如何实施计算机综合自动化系统和网络信息化系统的建设,提出了建议.
Computer integrated automation system is a powerful guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of small and medium-sized hydropower stations, and for creating a good foundation for achieving "unattended" or "less duty". Meanwhile, it can be effective in reducing the one-time investment and long-term operating costs and increase operating rates of equipments. The integrated automation system, based on network information system, provides a reliable platform for the management of a single hydropower station, as well as centralized stations. This paper puts forward suggestions on how to implement computer integrated automation system and network information system construction.
