摘要
中外合作办学是教育国际化进程中出现的新生事物.高职院校如何抓住机会,提高自身的办学竞争力,主动出击积极开展中外合作办学是值得我们思考和探索的重要课题.围绕合作办学中的理念问题、教学问题和管理问题进行重点阐述,并就如何抓好浙江水利水电专科学校与新西兰尼尔马尔伯勒理工学院的中新合作办学提出一些建议.
International education co-operation program is a new field in vocational teaching. This paper discusses education ideology, teaching quality and management tactics in running sino-foreign joint education program and proceeds to put forward some suggestions.
