高职物流管理专业实践教学体系的构建

Improving of the Practicality Teaching System of the Logistics Vocational Higher Education

针对我国高职物流管理人才培养中存在的现实问题,根据浙江水利水电专科学校人才培养目标的定位要求,在深入分析物流管理专业的特色,和物流市场对物流人才的就业需求的基础上,结合我国当前物流企业运营的特点和物流教学实践经验,提出物流管理人才的培养要以服务为宗旨、市场为导向,强调实践教学;并建立了科学灵活、现实、开放的实践教学体系.

In view of the vocational training logistics management in problems, according to the primary goal of personnel training requirements of Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College, through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of professional logistics management, and logistics personnel of the logistics market demand for employment, and on the basis of China＇s current characteristics of the logistics business operations and logistics teaching experiences, this paper poses that logistics management to the training of personnel serve the purpose of market-oriented, and strengthens practical teaching and the establishment of a scientific flexible, pragmatic, open and practical teaching system.
