摘要社会网络理论与方法对科技创业家成长问题的研究提供了一个新的视角,社会网络与科技创业资源获取及科技创业家成长紧密相关,对大多数科技创业者来说,他们重要的资源是错综复杂的个人网络,但相对于个人网络而言,社会网络对他们的创新行为将产生更为重要的影响,社会网络将为他们带来更加丰富的信息资源,处于较为有利的社会网络结构中的个体会有更多的机会成为科技创业家。 Theories and methods of social network as research on sci - tech entrepreneurs＇ growth can provide a new perspective, social network and obtainment of venture＇ s resources and sci - tech entrepreneurs＇ growth should be closely related to most sci -tech entrepreneurs＇, their complex individual network is the important resources, However, in contrast with their individual network, entrepreneurs＇ social network may exert more influence over their innovation activities and will bring entrepreneurship much more information, and the individual will have more and more opportunities to become sci -tech entrepreneur at the more advantageous competition position in social networks.
