莱钢1500冷轧机组乳化液系统工艺技术改造

摘要 为了解决乳化液系统过滤能力低、流量不匹配、系统不稳定、乳化液清洁度差、乳化液泄漏等问题,以提高过滤效果,降低带钢表面乳液残留,提高产品质量,同时改善工艺润滑环境,提高成材率,降低轧辊、乳化液等的消耗,莱钢冷轧对乳化液系统进行了一系列工艺技术改造,成效显著,值得推广。 For the sake of resolving the problems like low filtering effectiveness of the emulsion system, mismatched runoff, instable system, weak cleanness of emulsion and emulsion leakage, to boost filtering effectiveness, reduce emulsion residuals on the surface of strip steel, improve product quality and at the same time, ameliorate the process lubricating environment, lift the rate of finished products and reduce the consumption of rollers and emulsion, Laiwu Steel Group carried out a series of process-technological reconstructions on the emulsion system for cold rolling, achieving notable effect and deserving popularizing.
