摘要
莱钢1500mm热轧带钢生产线投产以来，出现了较多的裂边缺陷。通过对Q345B的裂边缺陷进行成分和性能分析，找到了裂边缺陷产生的原因，制定了合理的质量控制措施，有效提高了产品的合格率。
Too many existing cracked edge defects have appeared since the 1500-mm hot rolled wide strip went into operation in Laiwu Steel Group, Ltd. This paper, through an analysis of compositions and performance of the cracked edges of Q345B, found the cause of cracked edge defect, and worked out sound measures, effectively im- proving the products＂ up-to-standard rate.
