摘要
应用有限元分析软件LS—DYNA.采用弹塑性有限元法对四辊热轧轧件的轧制过程进行了模拟,并分析了轧后板形情况。计算模型耦合了支撑辊与工作辊之间受力、工作辊与轧件之间受力及其三者之间的变形问题,使计算结果更精确可靠。通过模拟总结出了轧后轧件凸度的变化特点,得出了窜辊对轧后轧件凸度的影响;通过对工作辊变形的分析,得出了工作辊变形对轧件凸度的影响。该仿真模拟过程对于实际生产具有指导意义。
The hot rolling process of four-high hot strip mill was simulated by using 3-D elastic-plastic FEM with LS-DYNA. In this model, the elastic deformation of work roll and backup roll, the plastic deformation of the strip and the pressure of strip and the work and the backup roll were taken into account. Based upon the simulation results, the characteristics of the change of the crown of strip were obtained. With the analysis on the deformation of the work roll, the effect of roll shift of the work roll on the crown of strip was obtained. The FEM process is significant to the production of hot strip.
