传统的数据库系统和图纸的管理：方式已无法满足越来越复杂的网络资源的管理，介绍了GIS技术在空间数据与属性数据的编辑、存储与表现：方面的优势，对莱钢通信网络资源管理系统的建设提出了全新高效的解决方案。
The management method of traditional database system and drawings cant have satisfied the requirements in the management of more and more complicated network resources. This paper introduces the advantages of GIS technique in the editing, saving and performance of space data and attribute data, giving a new and efficient solution to the network resources management system construction in Laiwu Steel Group.
