为提高铁产量，解决铁产量不足制约炼钢生产问题，莱钢进行了为期3个半月的提高铁产量攻关，从生产组织、技术管理、原料供应等方面协调解决炼铁生产中存在的问题。经过攻关，在1^#750m。高炉大修期间，日产铁量从1^#750m。高炉停炉前的2．44万t提高到2．47万t。
In order to tackle the problem of insufficient iron output restricting steel production, Laiwu Steel Group has focused on tackling key problems to improve iron output for three and a half months. Problems in ironmaking have been resolved through coordinating the aspects of production organization, technical management and raw material supply. As a result, the daily output has been raised from 24.4 thousand tons before the blow down to 24.7 thousand tons during the overhauling of the No. 1 750-m^3 B. F..
