摘要
介绍了我国PTA生产所使用的钛材牌号、执行标准及对钛/钢等复合材、换热管的化学成分、内外表面、焊缝等项目的特殊要求。综述了我国钛制PTA生产装置的制造关键技术和应用现状,指出截止到2007年中国大陆的PTA生产企业已经有14家,产能达到了12.75×106t,比2001年增长了750%,2008年以后投产和拟建的项目产能约为9.8×106t。因此,PTA行业用钛将会成为我国钛工业重要的经济增长点之一。
This article introduced the brand, specification of titanium and the special requirements of the chemical composition, inner nd outer surface, and the weld for titanium/steel clad and heat exchanger, which is used in manufacturing domestic titanium device in PTA production, and summarized the key technology and application state for manufacturing titanium device in PTA production. It is ointed out there are 14 enterprises for PAT production in Chinese mainland up to 2007, where the yield is up to 12.75×10^6 t that increased by 750% than that in 2001. After 2008, the new incremental yield will be about 9.8×10^6 t. So titanium used in PTA production will be one of the important economic growth for domestic titanium industry.
