摘要
从分子束的速率分布函数出发,推导出了分子束的动能分布函数,计算了平均动能、方均根动能和最概然动能,讨论了分子束动能分布与平衡态下分子动能分布的关系,并将相关特征量进行比较.
From the molecular beam speed distribution function, the molecular beam kinetic energy distribution function is derivated including the average kinetic energy, root - mean - square- kinetic and the most probable kinetic energy. The relationship of molecular beam kinetic energy distribution function and the function in the equilibrium state, the related features are compared.
