摘要
以紫花苜蓿雷达克之星、巨人201+Z为材料,采用盆栽试验,研究了干旱对紫花苜蓿幼苗生长的影响.结果表明干旱胁迫条件下,紫花苜蓿幼苗地上生物量、地下生物量及总生物量均下降;叶片含水量降低;叶面积变小;主根系长度增加,主根直径减少,须根数量减少;紫花苜蓿脯氨酸含量增加.
In this paper, researching the impact of the drought stress on two alfalfa. The result showed： Under the drought stress conditions, alfalfa＇ s output and water content reduced, the leaf of alfalfa will smaller than CK, alfalfa seedlings main root length increased, fibrous root decreased in the number, and lower the underground biomass; the content of Alfalfa＇s proline increased.
