摘要
目的:通过实验研究证明蒙医灸疗的抗衰老效应,探讨其抗衰老作用机制.方法:将大鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、施灸组(赫依穴、肾穴、胃穴各一组),除空白对照组外,其余4组用D-半乳糖制备衰老模型,观察各组大鼠血清中的SOD、MDA的水平.结果:施灸组和模型对照组相比,大鼠血清中的SOD活性增强(P<0.01),MDA含量减少(P<0.01).结论:蒙医灸疗通过抗氧化作用延缓衰老,具有调整机体功能和保健抗衰老功效.
Objective:To study the effects of moxibustion of Mongolian medicine to retard senility and its mechanism of action. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group and moxibustion therapy groups (Heyi acupoint ,Kidney acupoint and Stomachacupoint groups). Senility model of rat was prepared with intraperitoneal injection of D- galactose in 4 groups except blank control group. The level of serum SOD MDA of rats in each group was detected. Results-The enhanced activity of serum SOD and decreased content of serum MDA of rats were shown in moxibustion therapy group compared with those in model control group(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion :The moxibustion of Mongolian medicine can retard senility, regulate organic function and improve health via antioxidation.
