蒙药妇康凝胶剂体外抑菌的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Bacteriostatic Effect of Mongolian Medicine Fukang Gel in Vitro

目的:研究蒙药妇康凝胶剂的体外抑菌作用.方法:设置不同浓度的药物组采用打孔扩散法、琼脂稀释法测定蒙药妇康凝胶剂的抑菌作用.结果:经过随机区组设计资料的方差分析后得出P<0.01,认为蒙药妇康凝胶剂对白喉棒状杆菌、炭疽芽胞杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、福氏志贺氏菌、白葡萄球菌、白色假丝酵母菌有抑菌作用.结论:蒙药妇康凝胶剂对引起宫颈糜烂的致病菌有较强的抑制作用.

Objective： To study the bacteriostatic effect of Mongolian medicine Fukang gel in vitro. Methods：The study was performed via hole diffusion method and agar dilution method with the different drug concentrations. Results：The medicine could inhibit the growth of Bacillus diphtheriae,Bacillus anthracis, Staphylococus aureus, Escherichia coli, Shiga＇ s bacillus, Staphylococus albus and Candidosis through analyzing the data of randomized block design with variance analysis （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：This medicine can inhibit the bacterial growth which leads to cervical erosion.
