北京“新国民运动”的思考

太平洋战争爆发前后,日本为了把中国变为其稳定后方和物资供应地,授意汪伪政权及各地的伪政权配合日本的大东亚战争进行经济掠夺、军事清剿和思想奴化。汪伪中央政权也正要利用这次机会扩展中央政府的权力,改造"党"和"政府",遂在沦陷区大张旗鼓地展开了"新国民运动"。简述在华北政务委员会的中心城市北京进行的"新国民运动"。

Around the time when the Pacific War broke out, to make China as its stable rear area and material-serving basis, Japan incited Wang＇s puppet regime and other puppet regimes elsewhere to plunder people economically, suppress people militarily and enslave people ideologically so as to cooperate its Large East-Asia War. Wang＇s central puppet regime would also take this chance to expand its power to reform ＂party＂ and ＂regime＂. Thereafter, the ＂New National Movement＂ was carried out on a larger scale in the areas occupied by Japanese. This paper will briefly state ＂New National Movement＂ in Beijing which was the center of Government Affairs Committee of North China at that time.
