分析高校辅导员队伍职业化和专业化的内涵、发生机理及其辩证关系,探讨辅导员队伍职业化和专业化的构建途径。
The paper makes a discussion about the ways to construct the professionalism and specialization of college instructor team by analyzing the nature, origin and dialectic relationship of them.
