摘要
目的分析166例急性心肌梗死患者支架置入术的护理。方法对2004年6月～2007年6月间166例冠脉内支架患者进行回顾性分析，评价术前术中术后的护理。结果166例患者均能顺利完成冠状动脉内支架置入术，成功率1100％。结论冠状动脉内支架置入术虽有一定的风险，但只要术前做好准备工作，术中与医生紧急配合，可提高冠状动脉内支架置入术的成功率。术后认真细致的护理是预防、减少并发症的关键，可促进患者早日康复。
Objective To summarize and analyze the nursing for 166 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by stunt. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 166 cases of patients who had been treated by coronary stent from June 2004 to June 2007. The nursing before, during or after operation was evaluated. Results A total of 166 cases of patients received the coronary stent implanting（SI）smoothly with the successful rate be- ingl00%. Conclusion There is some risk for the coronary SI,but if the necessary preparation before operation is made and close cooperation is provided for the doctor during the operation, the successful rate will be improved. The careful nursing after operation is necessary to prevent and reduce the complications and can accelerate the recovery of the patients.
