摘要
考察了β-环糊精(β-CD)对阿克他利(Actarit,简称Acta)的包合作用.应用旋光度法确定包合比例为1∶1;相溶解度法表明,随着β-CD浓度的增大,阿克他利的溶解度随之增加;比较包合物的不同制备方法发现,饱和水溶液法收率和载药量最高,并用饱和水溶液法制备了Acta-β-CD包合物,同时,采用红外光谱和差示扫描量热法对其性质进行了表征.
The inclusion effect of actarit with β-cyclodextrin was studied.The inclusion ratio of actarit to β-cyclodextrin was 1 : 1 according to the optical activity. The result from phase solubility method indicated that the apparent solubility of actarit is enhanced with the increase of β-cyclodextrin concentration.Different preparation methods are compared and it is found that the output and drug loading percent from the method of saturated aqueous solution are the highest.The inclusion complex is prepared by saturated aqueous solution method and characterized with infrared spectra ( FTIR ) and differential scanning calorimeter ( DSC ) .
